Thanks so much for visiting my website. Putting it together took a great deal of effort so I'd be happy to hear your comments. Naturally, I'm dedicated to offering the very finest of products along with the very clearest of instructions. Also, frequent travel allows me to discover many new and incomparable items such as my wide array of unique watch-faces. I personally select every item in every kit and I personally complete a sample of every project using only the articles and directions enclosed. I always think of the person ordering one of my kits as a one-on-one student. If there's ever a question or a problem…I'll be there. So rest assured that, after selecting the project of your choice, you will be embarking upon an exciting adventure sure to result in a completed piece of work that will be both a delight to wear and a source of continuing acclaim.
But right now, please let me take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Sheilah Cleary and I've been a devoted craft person all my life. My needle art works have won numerous awards and my authentically reproduced Baltimore Album quilt was judged the finest of its class in several national competitions. But, by far, my best-known creations - and my absolute favorite handwork - involve wire and bead design.
I am thrilled to have taught my techniques in all sections of the US mainland, Hawaii and in many foreign countries including Singapore, Australia, Korea and Japan…where I am called a Sensei of Sensei or a master teacher of master teachers. It is also a thrill for me to have done design work for the president and founder of the Miyuki Shoji company where I sincerely believe the world's finest beads - Delicas - are produced. During these trips, I have the opportunity to conduct classes for their senior instructors and representatives in Tokyo, Osaka and Hiroshima. My work has been the subject of numerous newspaper and magazine articles and I frequently contribute to BEADWORK/INTERWEAVE publications.
On a more personal note, I'm the mother of two, the grandmother of two. I've done a bit of flying and sailing and I'm a member of MENSA - the international high IQ society. I live with my husband in Southern California.
Now…let's get started!
